Are these foods recommended by your nutritionist or someone else?
ReplyDeleteI don't get it. That looks like your regular diet plus dairy. Are you eliminating junk, sugar and booze? Is that the cleanse part?
ReplyDeleteYeah, this is my regular diet. I'm not going to include the dairy. This came from a 21 Day Detox program.... I'll send via em,ail the program. I've got 4 rider buddies doing it, figured it was a good way to get myself re-motivated.
