December Challenge

Goals always help me stay on track. Here is one for December --

Exercise 15 hours before December 31.

Exercise means whatever you want it to mean. If you find yourself asking, "Does this count?" the answer is yes.

Here is a google spreadsheet for you to record your progress. Enter your data! Encourage each other! Avoid the December slide into slothdom.

  1. I'm in!! Started strong already!! I exercised Monday and Tuesday! Unfortunately, I don't think wrapping Christmas presents counts or I could add 5 hours for Sunday, 3 hours for Monday and another 3 hours for Tuesday. Too many grandbabies...and a very indulgent granddaddy. LOL. I don't blame him though!!
