Plateaus are funny things. They do tend to have steep sides. I am glad you have been able to move off of this last one. Good job getting back to the gym!!
ReplyDeleteI swear there is some kind of weird calorie delay with regard to weight gain. If you eat a lot, you gain weight a week later. Similarly if you stop eating a lot, it takes about a week for that to have an effect.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing really, really great. You're completing changing your physique (and mindset). Soon the "old" you (which was still great) will be just a memory.
