Goals always help me stay on track. Here is one for December --
Exercise 15 hours before December 31.
Exercise means whatever you want it to mean. If you find yourself asking, "Does this count?" the answer is yes.

I'm in!! Started strong already!! I exercised Monday and Tuesday! Unfortunately, I don't think wrapping Christmas presents counts or I could add 5 hours for Sunday, 3 hours for Monday and another 3 hours for Tuesday. Too many grandbabies...and a very indulgent granddaddy. LOL. I don't blame him though!!
